We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, disbursement of funds, and reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the construction industry and be familiar with financial applications, QuickBooks, Salesforce CRM, and MS Office Suite.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
Create and process invoices accurately and timely Ensure timely disbursement of funds and customer payments Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with customers to collect outstanding balances Resolve any discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices Process change orders and update invoices accordingly Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies and procedures Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer accounts and track collections efforts Work closely with the sales team to resolve any customer issues or disputes
Qualifications:

years of experience in accounts receivable or related field Strong understanding of financial applications and QuickBooks Experience with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel Familiarity with Salesforce CRM Knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles Experience working in the construction industry is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues in a timely mannerIf you are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the Finance industry and have the required experience and skillset, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
