Sales Professionals guide customers through the sales journey, from education to contract finalization.
While most consultations are remote, occasional in-person meetings are required.
Additionally, Sales Professionals handle clerical tasks, such as phone or video sales, both from their home office and at the customer's residence.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Foster relationships with potential customers.
Draft and finalize sales proposals.
Engage homeowners with presentations and proposal discussions.
Identify and implement the best financing and system designs for clients.
Manage multiple customer expectations and oversee the entire sales process.
Proactively seek new sales avenues and encourage referrals from clients.
Deepen understanding of the solar industry, focusing on its technical, financial, and legislative aspects.
Collaborate with the EmPower team to meet collective objectives.
Uphold and champion EmPower's core values, mission, and vision.

Cultivate and maintain strong ties with a steady clientele or influential network.
Adhere to industry-standard sales techniques, such as:
Initiating introductory calls for all new prospects.
Actively seeking and nurturing referrals from both new and current clients.
Ensure an exceptional customer journey for potential clients, as reflected in high net promoter scores and positive customer feedback.
YOU ALSO HAVE A strong familiarity with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendars, etc.

Full-time telecommuting role, with an expected 45-50 hours/week.
Occasional office visits may be required.
Compensation:
Base salary plus uncapped commission, with potential annual earnings ranging from $75k to $150k.
