POSITION SUMMARY EmPower is seeking a B2B Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing Manager to develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to ultimately build a lead generation engine via strategic and scalable partnerships.
In this role, you will lead our efforts to build, engage and nurture partner relationships.
This will require building a comprehensive outreach program, leveraging best-in-class demand generation tactics.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will help pave the way in driving incremental value via partnerships and affiliate business models.
You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure our company's goals are met.
The ideal candidate will have experience in demand generation, a deep understanding of the sales process, experience sourcing strategic partners, and strong analytical and communication skills.

sellers, referrers, channel partners, co-marketing partners) on behalf of Empower Building a business model to increase # of leads from partners Increasing lead conversion rates from affiliate leads Nurturing and growing business relationships Build the EmPower's brand and make it the go to solar company for partners DUTIES
RESPONSIBILITIES The B2B Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing Manager will have ownership over managing and establishing EmPower Solar's partnerships with other businesses.
Implement best-in-class outreach and demand generation programs to attract & retain partners Build ideal target and segmentation profiles to identify high value opportunities Directly communicate and negotiate with partners regarding campaign strategies and incentive structures Recruit affiliates, track sales and expand our network to drive incremental revenue Define, measure and report on KPIs, meeting minimum quantity of leads monthly to support sales channels, including referrals Lead development of content and creative materials, collateral and assets (co-branded where appropriate) Design and implement go-to-market campaigns leveraging best-in-class digital experiences Build meaningful connections with industry professionals, influencers, existing customers, and potential customers.
Manage sponsorships, events and hospitality opportunities to nurture to grow partnerships.
Support commercial business proposals and outreach as needed QUALIFICATIONS

A digital marketing background with experience using CRM and/or marketing automation platforms The ideal candidate should also have:
Have experience working in a small business environment.
Be comfortable with working on a team, as well as independently, with confidence.
Be capable of proactively evaluating situations and confidently presenting solutions.

BENEFITS This is a full-time position.
Candidate must be able to commit extra hours when necessary for events, time-sensitive tasks, etc.
The typical day is 8-9 work hours with a break for lunch, starting by 9:
00 am.
Employee shall be salaried and receive an annual compensation range of $65k to $100k, commensurate with experience.
Salary will be increased with time in service and strong performance.
